Ancestral Healing

We are because our ancestors were. We owe our gift of life to them. Our ancestors live on in us.

Many of us are told that we carry physical attributes of our ancestors, Do you know that we also carry the stored unprocessed traumas that our ancestors may have experienced?

​

The emotional history moves from one generation to another till a certain generation questions it and seeks help to address it. Many of the problems that we currently face may not actually belong to us.

​

Our issues with health, early deaths in the lineage, miscarriages, conception problems, money, career, relationships, emotional upheavals, litigation, etc may be unresolved trauma from the past. The stories are stored in our DNA and find expression in our body and environment. We may call it bad luck or fate or give up as something beyond our understanding.

Family constellation helps reveal the entanglement we have with our ancestors who had similar fates and how out of love and loyalty we repeat the pattern unconsciously.

Through understanding family patterns we can restore balance back in the family system and live a baggage free life, expressing our own potential.

Our family is an energy field within which energy we all are held.

 

This field determines the course of our life. There are natural orders that govern the family system and there are timeless truths buried in the family conscience which when unfolded allows for things to flow smoothly in the lives of future generations.

The energy field is created by the family history, experiences of its members, religious beliefs, attitudes of the members , social norms and mores, country of birth, etc.

Specific events of wars, suicides, betrayals, ancestors with experiences of victimhood or perpetrators, migration, famine, cheating, history of abuse in the lineage all leave a mark and impact the energy of the field.

 

All these factors and more have a bearing on our lives as we inherit the issues in the family system which plays out as our destiny. We are unconsciously held within this energy field and it impacts us professionally and personally.

We work through collective family trauma to help you unpack your beliefs and make sense of the past, enabling you to live your current life to its fullest potential.
